How to proceed when your invitation email has expired

The initial password stated in the invitation email is valid for one week.If you try to sign in with an expired password, you will not be able to sign in, as shown below.

Please ask your space administrator to send you another invitation email.

From here on, we will introduce features for space administrators.

If you are asked to resubmit, please refer to How to Add Members and go to the member addition screen.A “Reinvite” button will appear for members who need to be reinvited.

Click the “Re-invite” button for the member you want to re-invite and a dialog will appear.

Check the member’s email address and click the “Re-invite” button.

After re-inviting, please ask them to set a password by referring to When You Receive an Invitation Email.
